This second series of upcycled caps from Mondo Guerra and artist Falcon Bowse (@falconebowse) is a bold expression of texture, color, and craft. Each hat is handmade in the USA using studio remnants and archival fabrics—brocade, denim, cotton, and foil—reimagined into wearable art. No two hats are alike.

Each cap features Falcon’s signature Green Brim™—a Japanese-engineered brim made from sugarcane-based resin and recycled materials. It’s lightweight, ultra-resilient, and reduces CO₂ emissions by over 50% compared to traditional plastic brims.
