Shipping policy

Our typical processing time for shipments is between 2 to 5 days. Once your order has been processed you will receive a tracking number via email.  Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. 

Each order is subject to the availability of the product. In the event that any item is unavailable, our customer service team will reach out and you will receive a full refund. Once your package is shipped you will receive an email with tracking.

CANCELING ORDERS
If you change your mind after placing an order on the website, please contact us immediately to cancel your order. We will issue a full refund provided your order has not been prepared and shipped. To cancel an order please contact us by e‑mail at shop@mondoguerra.com within 24 hours.

LOST / STOLEN
We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  Once the shipment has left our studio, we no longer can take responsibility for the package and you must file a claim with the carrier.
